Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries and ensure timely reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow reporting.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as GAAP.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience (experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, or similar) and Excel.
