- Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly to attract clients.
- Host two open houses monthly to showcase properties and engage buyers.
- Convert prospecting and lead generation into client appointments.
- Practice scripts weekly to enhance communication skills.
- Participate in team activities to promote collaboration and growth.
- Attend weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls for improvement.
- Consult with sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market homes effectively.
- Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services.
- Negotiate offers to secure favorable outcomes for sellers.
- Keep accurate records of activities and client interactions with PLACE Technology.
