Responsibilities

  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program to boost skills and knowledge.
  • Use PLACE lead generation systems weekly to attract clients.
  • Host two open houses monthly to showcase properties and engage buyers.
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation into client appointments.
  • Practice scripts weekly to enhance communication skills.
  • Participate in team activities to promote collaboration and growth.
  • Attend weekly coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls for improvement.
  • Consult with sellers, convert consultations into listings, and market homes effectively.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing, staging, and listing services.
  • Negotiate offers to secure favorable outcomes for sellers.
  • Keep accurate records of activities and client interactions with PLACE Technology.

  • You have over three years of real estate sales experience.

  • You are open to mastering sales scripts and dialogues.
  • You manage your time well, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
