- Design, build, and optimise high-performance trading systems for cash equities using C and Python.

- Collaborate with traders and research teams to create and refine applications that support their strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a software engineer in the trading/technology industry, with expertise in C and/or Python.
- Proven success in leading low-level programming projects directly tied to business operations.
- Demonstrated skills in building, optimising, and maintaining high-performance trading systems.
- Strong understanding of the technical needs of Quantitative Researchers and the ability to translate them into scalable solutions.
