- Are you excited about playing a key role in keeping the organization competitive in the Big Data Space? Do you have a good working knowledge of Financial Reporting Data technologies & Cloud Services like Microsoft Azure?
- Are you at your best when supporting others? Do you have proven ability to solve complex application production issues? And have a desire to innovate using state-of-the-art automation and monitoring tools?
- We're looking for an IT support analyst to :
- support data applications that will eventually migrate to the Azure Cloud Platform
- ensure workflows, processes, tooling and applications meet the highest production quality standards
- contribute ITIL production expertise to the onboarding of existing and new IT products and services
- define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements
- assist in planning BCP, patching and other infrastructure related projects
- contribute to automating manual processes
- get involved in problem management to identify root causes and ensure issues don't reoccur
- maintain a knowledge database
