Great communication skills, able to handle stressful situations and calls simultaneously, prioritize calls, communicate and facilitate information / care / orders between different departments, healthcare team members, and patient and family in a calm peaceful manner demeanor to provide great customer service, organize, coordinate , file, stock, upkeep, maintain unit files, folders, supplies, etc as needed or assigned. additional job requirements per job description, be very familiar with computer systems, EHR medical records such as MEDItech etc.
