What We’re Looking For:
Experience in activities planning within a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
Ability to motivate and engage residents with varying levels of ability
Strong communication, organization, and creativity
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic personality
Must meet state requirements for Activity Directors (certification preferred but not required)
What You’ll Do:
Plan and implement daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules
Coordinate events, outings, and resident-centered programming
Work closely with nursing and therapy teams to promote wellness and social engagement
Inspire joy, laughter, and community every day
