Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food service operations at both locations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including dietary guidelines and sanitation standards
- Develop and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans tailored to residents’ dietary needs
- Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food service standards
- Monitor inventory, budget, and cost controls for dietary operations
- Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to support resident health and dietary requirements
- Foster a positive and productive team culture within the dietary departments
Who We’re Looking For:
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or healthcare food service management strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dietary regulations, food safety, and sanitation
- Ability to multitask and oversee operations at multiple locations
