What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coach -Varsity Assistant Boys Volleyball (AHS) position at Alhambra Unified School District?
Current CPR, First Aid must be attached to employment application.
Minimum of one year coaching experience of the specified activity at the high school level. (Desirable qualification of three to five years of experience with one year of experience coaching at varsity level for Head Varsity positions.)
LICENSE / CERTIFICATES REQUIRED :
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications throughout the specified season.
Possess a valid and appropriate California's Driver's License and proof of financial responsibility as required by California Vehicle Code Section 16020.
Possess a valid Coaching Certificate as required by the CIF bylaws
Possess a Concussion in Sports Certificate
REQUIRED CERTIFICATION / DOCUMENTS :
Valid CPR and First Aid certifications throughout the specified season
Possess a valid and appropriate California's Driver's License and proof of financial responsibility as
required by California Vehicle Code Section 16020.
Possess a valid Coaching Certificate as required by the CIF bylaws.
Activity Supervisor Clearance Certificate (ASCC) through the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Comments and Other Information
Under supervision of the Assistant Principal of Business and Activities and Athletic Director, teach the fundamentals of the specified activity, be responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of the specified activity program in accordance with Title IX as well as Recognized Professional Organization guidelines.
Employment start date is contingent upon positive references, fingerprint and criminal background clearances, and final approval dates.
