We are seeking Pre-Litigation Attorneys in all U.S. states and Litigators/Trial Attorneys in North Carolina and South Carolina (Dual state) preferred to join our powerhouse legal team.
Who We’re Looking For:
Responsibilities:
Litigation/Trial Attorneys (South Carolina & North Carolina - dual state preferred) or New York, or Mississippi
Experience: 3-6 years in litigation, trial experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Handle litigation cases from filing to trial
Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
Build strong client relationships and provide top-tier legal representation

Salary for DUAL state Litigation Attorney $150,000 - $250,000 range (Base plus Bonus)
Salary for Prelitigation Attorney $100,000 base great Bonus structure
