Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Client Onboarding Specialist. The Client Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience. This role will involve conducting client onboarding calls, building and designing popups, and working with clients to get their popups live. The expectation is that you will work 50-70 hours (including at least one day on the weekend).
