Position Overview
As an AI Engineer at Alias Intelligence, you will support our initiatives to implement advanced machine learning and NLP techniques to automate crucial elements of our background investigation and due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance our entity resolution system to improve the accuracy of matching identities across disparate data sources
- Implement contextual understanding systems to improve document analysis accuracy
- Create confidence scoring frameworks for automated extraction results to prioritize human review
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize data pipelines for ML model consumption
- Design and implement retraining workflows to improve model performance continuously
- 2 years of experience developing and deploying NLP and machine learning models in production
- Strong proficiency in Python, AI, and ML frameworks
- Knowledge of large language models and their application to document processing, entity recognition, and information extraction
- Background in building confidence scoring systems for ML outputs
- A degree in technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Applied Math, Operations Research, or Engineering) is required.
- Self-starter who can work independently, meet deadlines with minimal oversight, and thrive in a team environment.
