Responsibilities

- Greet customers, take orders, and serve drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop a strong knowledge of cocktails and wine, with the ability to recommend drinks to customers.
- Manage inventory and maintain a high level of stock control.

Qualifications

- Previous experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or bar environment.

- Basic math skills, with the ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine, and other beverages, with the ability to recommend drinks to customers.
- Experience with cash handling and sales techniques.
- Familiarity with restaurant and hospitality software, including point-of-sale systems.
