We are seeking an experienced full time and team-oriented, hands-on Maintenance Technician. Candidate should be able to communicate clearly, be self-motivated and detailed oriented, able to troubleshoot and solve facilities problems, and follow instructions of Facilities and Restaurant Managers.
Applicant must be able to:
- Complete preventive Maintenance task.
- Check temperature Control.
- Do Light electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Snaking and unclog drains.
- Install appliances.
- Repair of cooking equipment and refrigeration.
- Do tile work and grouting.
Your Role with Us:
- The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing repairs, troubleshooting, and completing preventative maintenance for our Restaurant.
- Perform minor electrical repairs and snaking/ unclogging drains as needed.
- Perform the following repair maintenance duties: light millwork; painting, patching walls; doors and locks; tile work and grouting.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Chefs and Managers.
We are Looking for Candidates:
- With basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical & general repairs
- With experience using hand tools
- With prior experience with cooking equipment & refrigeration repairs preferred, but not essential
- That are accountable, reliable, complete work orders, and provide daily updates to upper management
- Who are fluent in English
- With experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- With open Availability to work various shifts
