The Alicart Restaurant Group, the name behind the award winning, popular brands Carmine’s NYC Family Style Italian and Virgil’s Real BBQ is in search for a dynamic and detailed oriented Graphic Design Coordinator! The selected candidate will be a key support to our Marketing Department and will have a specialized focus on Graphic design and digital marketing initiatives. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude who thrives on collaborative, fast paced marketing. The ideal candidate will be confident utilizing current digital marketing technology and trends and needs to be comfortable learning how to drive campaigns from conception to execution.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on developing concepts for internal training materials and presentations.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into designs.
• Assisting with digital marketing, social media content creation, digital community engagement, and special campaigns for our brand Carmine’s Italian Restaurant and Virgil’s real BBQ and events; projects could include, social media creative, print ads, email designs, menus and all other related marketing collateral.
• Create on-brand written and visual content for email campaigns, newsletter, etc. Assist with social media management.
• Track and measure marketing perform (KPI dashboards) and co-create improvement strategies
• Administer relative creative and copy for external and internal signs for each store including digital signs and posters.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Experience in Restaurant Hospitality highly desired.
