Responsibilities:
As an Entry-Level IT Support Analyst for our Corporate Offices and Retail Stores, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Providing first-level technical support to employees and retail staff for basic IT issues.
- Logging and managing incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalating unresolved technical issues to senior support team members.
- Assisting with the setup and installation of computer systems, networking equipment, printers, and mobile devices.
- Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting for IT assets.
- Supporting Mac and Windows operating systems.
- Assisting with password resets and user account management in Active Directory.
- Helping maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
- Assisting with the documentation of common technical issues and solutions.
- Providing support for new Retail Store setups, relocations, and minor technical updates.
- Working with the business and IT teams to ensure alignment with technical support standards.
- Assisting with Microsoft 365 (M365) administration, including user account setup and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role.
- Certifications are not required but are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Strong interest in IT and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of Windows 10 and 11 Pro/Enterprise.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Understanding of Apple iOS.
- Experience with macOS.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from senior team members.
$60,000- $70,000 base salary (This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this NY - based position. The base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: experience and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other AO employees.)
