- POSITION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have good physical stamina.
- Upper Extremity :
- Be able to tolerate much bending, lifting, walking,
- Must be able to transfer patients and assist patients
- Push / Pull / Lift / Carry :
- Ability to manipulate splinting materials.
- PART TWO : FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsible for the completion and submission of all reports pertaining to the
- Sees that all referral sources are advised of therapeutic POC and updates.
- Treatment
- Maintains a patient treatment schedule consistent with the needs of the
- Confers with the persons most closely associated with the management of the

- Discharge reports / summaries.

- Current progress notes on all patients with the assigned area.
- Special reports as requested by the director.

- Attends conventions, meetings or special courses whenever possible and
- Prepares and gives talks to community groups who have made requests for the

- Participates in planning and implementing new programs in Occupational Therapy
