Unrestricted NH Medical License Required
- Current DEA license Required
- BLS Certification Required
- NRP Certification Required unless not practicing obstetrics and excused from newborn care by RAMCCC Medical Director.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine. If Board eligible, must be actively working toward Board Certification.
- Demonstrated Cmpetence in providing comprehensive family medicine as delineated on clinical privilege list.
- If practicing obstetrics, demonstrated Competence in providing care for obstetrics patients at low risk of complications as delineated on clinical privilege list.

- Obtain an appropriate history and physical exam.
- Order and interpret diagnostic laboratory and imaging studies.
- Provide appropriate treatment to all assigned patients presenting to the RAMCCC .
- Obtain consultation as clinically indicated and appropriate.
- Document the history, physical exam, and laboratory and imaging studies as well as treatment in the medical record.
- If practicing obstetrics, obtain appropriate prenatal laboratory and imaging studies as delineated in the APD medical staff Rules and Regulations.
- Obtain appropriate informed consent for all procedures as described in APD Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations and Policies.
- Complete all inpatient and outpatient hospital records within 30 days of day of service.
- If practicing obstetrics, maintain complete and accurate prenatal care records. Consult with WCC MD as delineated in APD Rules and Regulations.
- Provide consulting providers with complete and accurate medical records. Communicate in a timely and collegial manner.
- Review previously ordered laboratory and imaging studies and determine appropriate course of treatment for patient based on results. Communicate results to patients in a timely manner.
- Document all “after-hours” communication with patients.
- Provide call coverage for call group's established adult patients.
- Unless excused by RAMCCC medical director, provide call coverage for call group's established pediatric patients.
- If practicing obstetrics, arrange for continuous call coverage for established obstetric patients.
- Unless excused by RAMCCC medical director, participate in Cesarean Section Call Rotation.
- Provide “back-up” call coverage for hospitalist service between hours of 7PM and 7AM and on weekends.
- Participate in Night Hospitalist On-Call rotation as desired or as requested by CMO (see Night Hospitalist On-Call Job Description for specific responsibilities).
- Provide ER call coverage for unassigned medical patients.
- Unless excused by RAMCCC medical director, perform newborn circumcision.
- Treat all patients and staff with respect.
- Participate in staff education and clinical Quality Assurance / Performance Improvement activities.
- Attend clinic staff meetings when requested to do so by the RAMCCC Medical Director or Practice Manager.
- Abide by CMS Conditions of Participation for Hospitals.
- Abide by the APD Medical Staff bylaws, Rules and Regulations and policies.
- Abide by all APD policies
