- Position Objective
- The primary responsibility of the Concierge is to ensure that resident and guest needs are provided for with exemplary customer service in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Performance Expectation
- 1. Responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service for Harvest Hill residents, their guests and other visitors.
- Responsible for screening staff and visitors to Harvest Hill which may include distributing face coverings, taking temperatures and asking screening questions.
- Answers internal and external phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Overall management of the lobby and other common areas.
- Oversees mail, newspaper and package deliveries.
- Responsible for ordering and maintaining adequate inventory of office supplies and marketing materials.
- Records and logs all comments and complaints and reviews all issues with the Administrator on a daily basis.
- Provides administrative support to Administrator on an as-needed basis. May be asked to support/assist other Harvest Hill departments on an as-needed basis.
- Other duties as assigned.
