Job Overview:
Required shifts are Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience during their stay. Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about hotel facilities and services
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options
Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
