This is a remote work from home position.
Do you have an excellent command of the English language written and spoken We are looking for a legal receptionist with excellent customer service skills who can take care of people and make a difference in the world. You will join a small team making a difference for millions of immigrants. You should be interested in what good customer service is. Your ability to speak and write matters.
What you will do
- Inbound calls. Answer the phone and respond to prospects or clients
- Outbound calls. Message prospects and book appointments over the phone or via SMS
- Own customer communication respond to emails internal messages etc.
- Other administrative work needed depending on assignment
