What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Immigration Paralegal position at Alien Attorney?
This is a remote, work-from-home position.
Are you detail-oriented, with an excellent command of the English language ? We are looking for an immigration paralegal who can get stuff done and make a difference in the world. You will join a small team making a difference for millions of immigrants. You should be interested in what good writing and speaking are and the ability to set expectations and keep customers happy.
What you will do
- Own customer communication, answer and make phone calls, respond to emails, internal messages, etc.
- Triage between clients and legal staff
- Fill out and compile documents with meticulous detail
- Write briefs and legal arguments for court proceedings
- Track case progress, shepherding cases towards completion
- Be in charge of making sure things get done / file / shipped on time
