Postion Summary
The Customer Service Representative provides a first impression to our customers, and plays a critical role in the reputation of our company. The Customer Service Rep acts as a liason between the customer and our team, assuring that the customer's needs are met and handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and in person
- Document all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
- Escalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate person following outlined guidelines
- Display a courteous, welcoming and friendly attitude to all customers
- Provide basic customer education on company services and repairs
- Check-in and Check-out procedures for customers
- Oversee timely delivery of customer vehicles and repairs
- Maintain appointment schedule
- Basic clerical duties pertaining to customer information, estimating, invoicing, etc.
- Followup/Sales calls on customer estimates
- Basic housekeping duties of office space
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Experience working with inbound and outbound calls, customer retention, and inside sales preferred
- General understanding, or willingness to learn, company's services and products
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly and Professional
- Comfortable working in an independant role, self-starter
- Comfortable with quality control of repairs before delivery
- Demonstrate ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
Work Environment
This position is primarily an indoor, office envrionment. Minimal driving may be required at times. Independent and teamwork required. Minimal hands on assistance with quality control and delivery of vehicle may be required.
