Alien Car Care is a growing business that provides interior and exterior cosmetic services on autos, boats, and more. In addition to our cosmetic repair services, we also provide high-end professional detailing.

We're looking for a hard-working technician who has an eye for detail, professional attitude, and experience with professional detailing. This position will require additional knowledge/training in minor cosmetic repair services as well.

Employees are paid an hourly base and commission-pay based on production. Starting hourly wage determined by experience and skill level.

Job Details

The Detailing Technician is responsible for making vehicles clean inside and out, using a variety of cleaning methods, products, and equipment while meeting the expectation of the customer.

This position requires employee to have an eye for cleanliness and timeliness. There is room for advancement within the company for those employees who excel.

This position includes but is not limited to:

• Clean exterior of cars and boats by hand, brush, and operating equipment using an array of cleaning solutions
• Application of wax to auto body, may include manual and electric equipment
• Clean interior of cars and boats using vacuum cleaner, compressed air, and steamers
• Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using cleaning solutions, applicators, and cleaning devices
• Application of revitalizers and preservation products to vinyl/leather surfaces
• Minor stain/odor removal of fabrics with cleaners and steamer
• Careful engine dusting with use of air compressor
• Vehicle inspections, evaluating and documenting pre-existing damage to vehicles
• Knowledge of services provided by company
• Completion of detailing in timely manner
• Clear communication with management
• Miscellaneous job duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
