Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting and installing appliances to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to handle various driving tasks, including operating box trucks and performing warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate box trucks to transport and install appliances to designated locations.
• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and care of items.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking shipments and obtaining signatures as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience in appliance delivery and install with a valid driver's license appropriate for the vehicle type.
• Familiarity with delivery driver responsibilities and best practices.
• Ability to drive box trucks safely and efficiently in various conditions.
• Experience in warehouse settings, including loading and unloading goods.
• Knowledge of moving procedures and equipment operation, including forklifts, is a plus.
