We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Helper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting and installing appliances to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. Responsibilities
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling of items to prevent damage.
- Utilize equipment such as dollies and shoulder straps for efficient loading and unloading processes.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and delivery confirmations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns from clients during the delivery process.
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Experience in appliance delivery is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work with a team and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
