We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic Corporate Reservations Team. This role is key to delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing reservations and inquiries across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, text, and social media direct messages (DMs). The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to outstanding service, and has a knack for efficient problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Communication:
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via call center operations, email, text, and social media DMs.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about availability, pricing, and event services.
- Reservation Management:
- Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and successful reservation fulfillment.
- Knowledge & Support:
- Stay informed about company policies, offerings, and promotional events to provide guests with up-to-date information.
- Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience & Skills:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or reservations roles preferred.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and CRM software is a plus.

- Exceptional multitasking abilities and composure under pressure.
