As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. You will act as the first point of contact for any inquiries, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information and assistance with their alligator needs. This position offers the flexibility to work either in our office or remotely, either way, your primary goal will always be to exceed our client's expectations and maintain our reputation as a trusted and reliable alligator service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries through phone, email, and/or live chat, providing prompt and efficient support with a positive and professional attitude.- Accurately maintain and update client accounts and information in our database ensuring efficient communication and excellent service delivery.
- Effectively resolve client complaints and issues with a focus on retaining our clients and maintaining overall client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities and communicate any customer feedback or concerns.
- Assist with managing and maintaining social media channels, responding to questions and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously expand and improve knowledge of company services, policies and procedures to better assist clients.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor, such as data entry, filing, and other office duties.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is an asset.- 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and previous experience managing social media channels is an asset.
