Job Summary:
As a Remote/Office Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued members. This position will require you to work both remotely and in the office, providing the perfect mix of flexibility and structure. You will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner- Resolve member issues and complaints with empathy and understanding, ensuring a positive and satisfactory outcome
- Educate and inform members about our products, services, and membership benefits
- Process membership enrollments, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Keep accurate records of all member interactions and transactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure the best possible member experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes, as well as any updates to our membership policies and procedures
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the member experience
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a membership-based organization
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using various computer software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office, as needed
