Remote telechat specialist
Full-time, Remote
$28 per hour
Weekend shift available
As a remote telechat specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions to help them succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being a valuable part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries and providing technical support through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Troubleshooting technical issues and providing step-by-step instructions to resolve them
- Identifying and understanding clients' business needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all client inquiries are promptly and accurately addressed
- Documenting and reporting client feedback and concerns to the appropriate departments
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and product offerings to effectively assist clients
- Providing excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience in a remote role is a plus
