- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records by updating the CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to efficiently resolve customer issues and escalations
- Utilize multi-channel communication methods, such as phone, email, and chat, to assist customers
- Actively listen to customer feedback and provide insights to improve processes and procedures
- Meet performance targets, including call handling time, sales goals, and customer satisfaction ratings
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and multi-task effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
