Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist
Position Summary :
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding support to our clients through live chat and tele chat channels. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through live chat and tele chat channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
- Document and track customer interactions and issues in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to complex customer problems
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates to accurately address customer inquiries
- Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on our products
- Proactively identify and report any recurring customer issues to management
