We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the management team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and assist with data entry.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Prepare and edit documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Plan and organize company events and activities.
  • Provide support for remote employees, such as setting up virtual meetings and assisting with technical issues.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
  • Act as the main point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a hospitable and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles is a plus.
