We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Live Chat/Tele Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient support to our customers through live chat and phone conversations. You will work remotely, but will be an essential part of our customer support team, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and their issues are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through live chat and phone support- Trouble-shoot technical issues and provide accurate and efficient resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to drive customer satisfaction and exceed service level targets
- Document and report customer feedback and issues to the appropriate departments
- Continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with product updates and enhancements
- Engage in cross-functional training to support various products and services

Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a tech-related field- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer interactions at once
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Passion for technology and helping customers with their technical needs
