Alligatorteks Holding Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Home or Office Customer Service Representative. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, both at home and in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering general inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information- Proactively reach out to clients, ensuring they are satisfied with our products and services
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Collaborate with various departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as a liaison between clients and our company, providing timely updates and feedback
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- Keep a positive and professional attitude while providing exceptional customer service
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas of improvement and implementing solutions
- Be knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to clients
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
- Flexible schedule to accommodate office hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Willing to work from both home and office, as needed
