Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled data entry clerk to join our team as a Remote or Office Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely or in our office location.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and update data into our database system
  • Verify and correct any errors in data entry
  • Generate reports and assist with data analysis
  • Communicate with team members to ensure accurate data entry
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in data entry, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 60 wpm
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior experience in a technology company is a plus
