The Delivery Director has overall accountability for all aspects of delivery operations for their aligned portfolio. They lead their team to provide high-quality customer interactions and operations results. They identify risks, coach / develop their managers and hold them accountable, identify process improvements, implement management routines, and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Providing expertise on delivery operations and guidance to team managers.
- Setting the tone for colleague and team development with managers. Developing and growing team through personal connections. Acting as mentor and coach to all.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with high quality.
- Overseeing delivery results for our health care navigation solution via Health Pros and concierge delivery functions.
- Ensuring execution of deliverables and understanding what success looks like to all parties (customers, clients & colleagues).
- Overseeing the integration of navigation solutions and technology. Additionally, accountable for identifying and managing risks to operations delivery and holding team accountable.
- Tracking and managing to service level agreements and team goals. Participating in ad hoc initiatives.
- Providing leadership support for complex customer and client situations.
- Identifying and developing process improvements.
- Deploying resource strategy to meet business deliverables.
- Working alongside Client Management, Health Clinical & Administrative Solutions, Customer Care Teams, Shared Services, Point Solutions.
- Leading training courses for domain and operational fundamentals.
