About The Role
Join our team of Communication Consultants. We’re passionate about creating intuitive, actionable, consumer-grade experiences that help people make smart benefits choices.
Responsibilities
- Writing to cover diverse topics including healthcare, wellness, retirement, total rewards, plan changes, pay, and recruiting.
- Engaging as a client-facing content expert, proficient in content strategy and development—especially digital marketing.
- Managing variable messaging/fields/requirements.
- Flexing between leading others, writing, and owning the content development process. Ensuring a balance between the user experience and the desired business outcomes.
- Collaborating on many multidisciplinary client teams comprised of account managers, benefits experts, strategists, creatives and project managers.
- Staying updated on user trends, market demands, and best practices. The ideal candidate will contribute to the studio's creative processes with a deep understanding of current trends.
- Establishing and applying a broad understanding of our core businesses, technology, products and offerings.
- Demonstrate ability to create and guide others to write compelling communication materials. This will include a variety of audiences and media.
- 7 years of relevant work experience.
- Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertise.
- Have experience managing complex web content, UX focus, or writing video scripts.
- Able to contribute to content strategy development and own and lead complex deliverables and campaigns.
- Demonstrate ability to synthesize source materials, input from subject matter experts, and relevant documentation. This individual will develop strategic recommendations and content.
- Possess software fluency, including the Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat. Demonstrated presentation, business development, and selling skills.
- Have bachelor's or higher in Mass Communication, Journalism, Education, Marketing or related field.
- Have excellent organizational and project management skills. Experience in being accountable for assignments/projects to ensure they're delivered with excellence and profitability.
