About the Role

The PRT Senior Client Success Manager has overall accountability for day-to-day operational performance for their aligned client(s). The individual manages the operations teams to deliver quality administrative services. Additionally, they provide expert consultation, shape decisions, and uncover revenue growth opportunities by understanding client needs. This will require indirect control and influence of internal teams to convey Alight's stance on pertinent industry relevant updates. Finally, this individual may support additional Client Managers, while leveraging their aligned Client Leader to deliver a best-in-class solution for their client(s).

Responsibilities

  • Serving as subject matter expert on Defined Benefit and Pension Risk Transfer regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. Effectively consult and present to external leader roles on onboarding strategies, administrative considerations, and legislative landscape.

  • Staying informed about market trends, legislative changes, and emerging technologies in the retirement benefits space.

  • Utilizing expert knowledge of PRT/DB to interpret complex client requirements.

  • Support new Group Annuity Contracts from insurers.

  • Driving stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners. Leverage data to influence and improve process innovation.

  • Managing ad hoc client projects while also validating outcomes.

  • Partnering with Oversight & Excellence to reduce total cost. Doing this by identifying opportunities to reduce demand, improve delivery model cost, drive efficiency, and leverage scale.

  • Collaborating with Renewal Executives and Client Leader to prepare renewals. This includes gauging pulse of key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand or upsell current solution offerings.

  • Communicating regularly with client's contacts at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in Pension Risk Transfer or DefinedBenefitplan administration.

  • 5 years direct experience in client relationship management and project management.

  • Possess the ability to work with and influence all areas of the client delivery business, across all stakeholders, and to best meet the outcomes for the client.

  • Possess the ability to anticipate the needs of client based on extensive industry and client knowledge. Identify and lead team through changes, supporting the goals of the client.

  • Possess effective communication and influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

55,800 USD

Maximum :

88,500 USD
