Alight Solutions seeks a high-performing litigation attorney to join our collaborative and energetic Legal & Corporate Affairs (LCA) organization. This role will support a rapidly transforming and dynamic business.
This role serves as legal advisor on litigation and disputes issues to finance and business leaders and others in the LCA Department.
Responsibilities
- Representing the Company in disputes litigated and pre-litigation.
- Advising internal clients on assessment of business disputes, including defense, settlement, and trial.
- Managing outside counsel relationships and budgets for assigned matters.
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide strategic guidance and mitigate risk.
- Contributing to the development of internal policies, guidelines, and toolkits.
- Supporting strategic projects.

Maximum : 178,900 USD
