What Will You Be Doing as Our Warehouse Supervisor?

As our Warehouse Operations Supervisors, you'll be at the heart of our supply chain—driving efficiency, championing team development, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact team while continuously improving systems, processes, and performance across the warehouse. 

• Own the Decision-Making Process: You’ll have the power to make key decisions on inventory, staffing, and process execution.
• Lead the Charge: Take ownership of daily warehouse operations—shipping, receiving, inventory, and staffing—with confidence and clarity.

• Own the Metrics: Monitor warehouse KPIs and help turn data into action using tools like Power BI.
• Create a Safe, Positive Space: Enforce safety standards, encourage accountability, and maintain a clean, productive work environment.
• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with evolving operations, contribute ideas, and grow your leadership skills every step of the way.
• Be the Backbone of the Floor: When something needs to get done—you’re already on it. From pick-pack to put-away, you’ve got it covered.

• Safety First Mindset: You don’t just follow safety policies—you promote and enforce them every day.
• Tech-Ready: Confident using warehouse systems (WMS), scanners, and Microsoft Office—especially Excel and Outlook.
• Hands-On Expert: You’re not afraid to jump in on the pick line, lift boxes, or assist with put-aways when needed.
• Power BI Bonus: Experience pulling reports or dashboards in Power BI? That’s a big plus.

• Experienced and Reliable: 3 years in a warehouse leadership role—preferably in a distribution or fast-paced logistics environment.

• Experienced and Reliable: You’ve got 3–5 years of inventory or warehouse management experience under your belt—and it shows. You lead with confidence and execute with precision.
• Educated & Equipped: High school diploma or equivalent required. A BSc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field gives you an edge over your competition.
• Certified Standout: Certifications like ASCM Supply Chain Management (SCMC) or CPIM? Big plus. Lean Six Sigma training or certification? Even better.
• Excel Power User: You’re not just familiar—you’re fluent. Pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUPs? You use Excel like a second language.
• ERP Pro: You’ve worked with inventory and ERP systems and know how to pull the right data at the right time.
• Forecasting Whiz: You understand trends, use data to predict inventory needs, and help the team stay ahead of demand.
• Analytical Thinker: You break down numbers, identify patterns, and make informed decisions to improve performance.
• Organizational Ace: You keep things in order—whether it's bins, reports, schedules, or teams.
• Math-Savvy: Quick with numbers and accurate with counts, you keep inventory balanced and on track.
• Travel-Ready: You're open to regional and international travel up to 10% and can lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
