We are looking for a Chiropractic Biller to join our team! If you have experience in medical billing—especially in a chiropractic setting—we’d love to hear from you. Experience with ChiroTouch and Office Ally is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and submit insurance claims accurately and efficiently
- Manage claims through billing software
- Handle insurance verifications, denials, and appeals
- Post payments and reconcile patient accounts
- Communicate with insurance companies and patients regarding billing inquiries
- Ensure compliance with insurance and healthcare regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in chiropractic or medical billing is strongly preferred
- Experience with ChiroTouch and Office Ally is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot billing issues
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Position Details:
- Part-time position (hours to be determined based on workload)
- Starting pay: $24 per hour, with the potential for a raise after the first 90 days
- In-office or remote options may be available
