Requirements
- Associates degree and/or certifications in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably within a healthcare or medical office environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of medical office procedures and systems
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and medical billing processes
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
