What you will be doing :
- Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards
- Oversee meal planning and food service operations for a 60-bed Skilled Nursing facility
- Manage dietary staff and provide training as needed
- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to meet residents' dietary needs
- Monitor food safety and sanitation practices
