Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the clinical team to maintain high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

What You Bring:
- Recent experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Proven leadership experience (DON, ADON, RN Supervisor, Unit Manager, etc.)
- Active Minnesota RN license (or ability to transfer from another state)
