What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience as a DON in a fast-paced facility of 150–200 beds
- Proven ability to lead a strong, professional care team
- Communicates clearly and fosters a supportive, collaborative culture
- Active California RN License required

Pay: $220,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
