What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Director - Assisted Living position at ALIGN Executive Search?
We are seeking an Executive Director to oversee one of our Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations
- Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing of quality associates
- Foster creativity among staff to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence, and satisfaction
- Develop and implement an annual business plan to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial goal
- Represent the community to governmental agencies, professional organizations, community groups, etc.
What you need to qualify:
- Licensed assisted living and memory care administrator in Oregon
- Solid Executive Director experience in both assisted living and memory care to qualify for a waiver from Oregon DHS to be the named licensed administrator for both the assisted living unit and memory care unit
- Work history demonstrating a strong ability to hire, direct and manage associates
