What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring a seamless resident experience.
- Work closely with the General Manager to enhance customer service, dining, and hospitality standards.
- Lead and mentor department managers to ensure excellence in all aspects of resident care.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency, staff performance, and resident satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with state and company regulations, maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with families, residents, and staff to create a welcoming and engaging environment.

Pay: $95,865.00 - $110,818.00 per year
