What you will be doing :
- Lead, motivate, and develop staff to deliver exceptional resident experiences
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment and skill development
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Monitor and improve customer service standards, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Develop and manage the annual budget, including revenue forecasts and expense control
- Ensure maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and overall resident experience
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
