Spin Instructor

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spin Instructor to join our team atAlign Fitness Boutique. This role requires a strong passion for fitness, a deep understanding of Indoor Cycling, and the ability to educate and motivate individuals towards achieving their fitness goals.

Duties:

- Design and deliver a variety of group Cycling classes that cater to different fitness levels and preferences.

- Create upbeat playlists each week
- Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the performance and skill level of our clients.
- Maintain an understanding of anatomy and physiology to provide informed guidance and support to clients.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of body mechanics and movement patterns to ensure proper form and technique.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to plan and execute special events, workshops, and seminars.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients to work out in.

Qualifications:

- A strong background in fitness and Indoor Cycling, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a health club or similar setting.
- A degree in a related field, such as exercise science or kinesiology, or a certification in group fitness or personal training.
- Proficiency in anatomy and physiology, with a strong understanding of body mechanics and movement patterns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate and motivate individuals towards achieving their fitness goals.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
