The Assistant Director of In-Home Care is responsible for the management and operation of home health and skilled nursing services we provide. A critical element of the role is maintaining a strict adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards governing skilled home nursing care.
Responsibilities include :
Leadership of all aspects of skilled home health
Supervision and development of nursing staff to ensure high-quality care and services to in-home clients and patients
Administration of company polices and procedures
Oversight of all federal and state regulatory compliance in the home health and skilled nursing fields
Qualifications :
At least two years of experience as a member of senior leadership team
At least two years of experience in home health, skilled nursing, or a closely related field.
Knowledge of Center of Medicare and Medicaid Systems (CMS) Compliance
Management skills (Project, Operations, Clinical)
Knowledge of skilled home health services
Knowledge of business management
Knowledge of EWR / EMR / HHA Software
Monday - Friday | 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. | no weekends, evenings, or holidays
40-45 hours per week
